Any orders that qualify for $5 shipping will be shipped as lettermail, meaning there will be no tracking or insurance on your order. We are not responsible for any lost packages and you will not be reiumbursed for your order.

We do not accept returns due to the fact that our items are handcrafted.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping. For your security, we recommend you return your goods via tracked or registered post.
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to us on instagram @sestracollective_ or on email email@example.com and include a photo of the item. We will do our best to replace the item if still in stock.
